From the guy who put this vid up on youtube:
I use Vincent's Death Penalty bug.
Vincent beats monsters more than 65536, can hit over a million damage except Ruby Weapon in Japanese version.
I don't play other country version, don't know can use this way in other.
Simple put, there is a glitch with Vincent's weapon, Death Penalty. Death Penalty does damage proportional to how many monsters Vincent kills. Still with me? Alright, so basically this person killed so many monsters with Vincent that the game cannot calculate the damage properly anymore, so Vincent does an ass-load of damage that the game is unable to display it.
The game's internal calculations are malfunctioning. In hexidecimal (used in programing), the highest value useable is FFFF, which translates to 65535 in normal numbers. Since Death Penalty is dependent on how many monsters Vincent kills, and he has surpassed 65535 kills (the maximum which the game's programming can actually handle), "overflow" occured, resulting in Emerald Weapon dying in just one hit.
It is not fake. First of all, Vincent's meter went up so fast because he is berserk (hence why he is glowing red). And the Japanese text next to his health is saying that Vincent has berserk on him.
