Your pictures are worthy of being famous  (In my opinion, at least  )"Start with a 830x100 pixel image and put things into it and you shouldn't have a problem. That is the required size too. Either that or crop an image to that aspect ratio before resizing. And no, no graphics design companies. Although it is an interest, I'm not sure if I'll make it my career yet. I'll have to see as I go.
