So, I went to the mall today with a couple of my friends, cuz I hadn't bought shoes yet. I found the shoes yeah, but I also found something else browsing through the stores: Disturbed's new album, Indestructable. So I bought it, downloaded it to iTunes when i got home, and got it on my iPhone. Well, wadyaknow, I'm listening to it and suddenly I hear the f bomb. So I look up the lyrics, and find it's used in several songs! This wouldn't be as much of a problem if they had given it a parental advisory, in which I coulda gotten it clean! I'm not mad at the band, as it is their free choice if they want to put it out with that word, but I'm mad that their record company for not slappping the sticker on it! It's the same case with the newest Bloc Party CD. There are only two songs that have the f bomb, so it doesn't have the PAL. It's still the f word and therefore needs to be censored, cmon guys. Say what u want about me, too, but I'm just trying to live a Christian in a non-Christian world. =(
