Core 2 Extreme (4 core)
DDR2, DDR3 compatibility/support has yet to be introduced to 780i Motherboards.
FPS... it runs perfectly smooth, don't have an exact tho. (Fraps didn't want to load up which is what I usually use to tell)

Not at all, DDR2 6400 ram is comparable with a bit over entry level DDR3 ram.
