How can you have no Poké Balls, especially since you SHOULD have Master Balls since you obviously used your Action Replay or Gameshark to spawn a Bulbasaur in the first place.

You noob, you can only release Pokémon at a Pokémon center, and you don't get the Poké Ball back. Also, you obviously used a Gameshark or some other cheating device to find the wild Bulbasaur in the first place.
