The Maelstrom Throwing Star

This is my design of a new type of throwing star. Post your constructive criticism below (but don't be too harsh though). And tell me which of the two throwing stars look better.
Made from a recoloured Wolbi Throwing Star.

-Max Saturation
-Colorize Light Blue
-Layer each frame on top of eachother in 2 different ways.

Naah, I didnt saturate it, I normally coloured it with paint though saturation would've been easier.
