i redrew 2 of the pictures i did in middle school and 4 yrs later i only improved a little bit -__-... i wish i can improve more.. im gonna work on mastering anatomy for the rest of high school.

Actually I think you've improved quite a bit. The characters have a lot more personality to them in terms of posture, expression, etc. Not saying that they are perfect, but I can definitely see you getting there. Kudos!
