How do I train at Red Wyverns?

Yeah, I know, noob question. But right now I'm level 94 now, and I've been training at Red Kents. I get about 12% an hour, and was told that Red Wyverns would be better. But it's only like, 7-10% an hour =/ Can any IL mages explain how they train there? And I usually solo train, btw. So if you can help me out, let me know!
