Hehe, ok.

3rd pannel? I used Photoshop. Basically, you have a layer for each image, right? So, you right-click on the layer of the image you want, and then select "Blending Options". A large window should appear, with a menu on the left side. For the "shining" effect I used, you click on "Inner glow" and/or "Outer glow" and ajust the settings you want (if you want the "sprinkles" effect, make the noise higher than 0). And for the shadows that I used in the other characters, you would click on "Inner Shadow" and adjust the settings so you get what you want.
