I'm guessing the overall theme would be summer. But that also makes me confused: Why the baton? It doesn't really match with the rest of your outfit. And getting rid of the gloves and the shoes would make the theme more visible. Looking good.

anyways...

ur hair is almost blocking one of your eye. and it doesnt really go with ur sunglasses (black) when ur hair is blue
and also the shoes...
it looks like colored big thing on ur feet O_o doesnt really go well with the outfit ( try bubbling slippers)
3. ur staff o-o its just random change it to something blue or green (try the green leaf with a frog )
4. get a transparent glove f3
