Tragedy at Ludus Lake - Prologue

This took me about... 3 hours. My proudest part of this comic is the face palm. Even though, it's not very good...
What do you think of the bevel and emboss to separate the panels? o-o" I think it's okay, but sometimes it doesn't really work out. Should I just stick to the regular borders?

Also, this is just the prologue, so nothing really happens... just introduces the characters... kind of... OKAY THIS PROLOGUE WAS POINTLESS (except to introduce the letters).

I hope this isn't cliche because of the title.

The panels are outta wack, err nvm I saw da arrow . Make the arrow more obvious because it kinda blends with the background.
The plot is very good, I just find the title somewhat... awkward because it kinda of gives some of the story away. Now I know there is going to be a tragedy at Ludus Lake, see what I mean?
