 I have no idea who she is. I drew her randomly. I got inspiration from reading NewType anime magazine XD. I was experimenting with drawing ruffles. I remember that night, I was reading a tutorial on DeviantART on how to draw ruffles, and I wanted to try it out.  i hate doing the eyes -_- i put more emphasis on the face appeal, and expression. i leave my eyes a white blank -__-
