lol that looks a lot more like a bleach character, and there is no way cloud is going to waste money for another hairstyle when antagonist is his favorite.
besides, that hairstyle is EXP which means it will take a couple tries (or more) and cloud isn't very gung-ho about using NX.

i think exp is bad because it's random! sure it's cheaper but it's like 1/9 chance you'll get it, which means if you're aiming for one certain hairstyle, chances are you'll be spending lots of money.
