I could track him down and ks him back, but that would be perpetuating the ks'ing problem. What you need to do is keep his fame at 0 (I'm sure it's under 20 fame anyway with that attitude) and report him for harassment. Make sure to include chat logs with the report because this idiot obviously doesn't care, he's going to keep on talking about ks'ing you until he is finally done which makes good evidence in a report.

off whatever map you happen to find him on. Don't say a word - don't make any faces - just train. Silent
aggression throws people off balance b/c you give them no line to attempt hanging you with. It works for
me when my Warrior gets ks'ed by random retard guilds. Just a suggestion
