as for critisim i would say get rid of the white edges that is around the lines. and the lines are really jaggy

hmm this reminds me that i should really make a coloring tut soon

Hm... Try not to make shines/shade using the lens flare. And uh, whatever it is that makes it look like a cut-out, you shouldn't do that. Look at other people's stuff and see how they do it and try to replicate their method

If you got any problems with photoshop/paint shop, I can definitely help you
