It's a business, of course they'll always push their product. They're right though, the game is free, and you are at no severe disadvantage if you choose not to pay. I admire how they make their profit as opposed to a lot of other MMO producers. Look at ijji and gpotato, almost all their games have cash shop items that put cash shop users above all others. And then there's the games like Ragnarok and Guild Wars where all they promote is a limited free trial. All you need to do is dish out $1 US and you can benefit from the new maps. Besides, not like there's much there anyway.

My problem is not the NX, (I already got one of the cheap packs to enter), but the direction they're heading when they claim otherwise. A game eventually severly limited if you don't have NX is not a free game at all. In my mind at least, there's no "Half free". Potentially Limiting maps and perhaps later on, levels with NX is not what I consider "free". Wizet would never have even dreamed of charging for maps. But yeah, Wizet clearly =/= Nexon.
Anyway, at least it's only till the end of the event, then the pack I got needn't be used again as it doesn't suit me at all.  (The prisoner one)

Yeah, have to have specific NX clothes to enter, some cheap 1k nx packs in the pack section. After the event the new maps are free to enter for all.
