He just didn't know what he was doing, and back then, 107 atk was around 170m, and a 10 atk glove was far above 100m, I would guess 130m, and the extra 30m closes up that patch.
Sure it wasn't a smart move, but NOW a 107 is 1xx mill, and a 10 is 30~m.
Also, you need to readd me.
