yeah, it is fun. if you wanna try, there's like tons of private servers opening up, i believe so far there is odin (8x's exp), maplegeek (15x's), local (1000x's). there's also stuff like pancake ms...and...a bunch of random ones opening up.
there's also a guide on how to host your own server, my bf has one...and it hosts like 5 people haha, but its like really sick, all his characters are level 200 with 4th job, and like 500x's drop rate. so yeah! try it!
