You don't need one, just click 'save as' on your pic, and then change file type to .JPEG

I am currently trying to find a program to convert pictures to Jpegs so i can submit some ss's and update my profil3 with pictures and a Banner.
So if anybody has any suggestions for a Jpeg converter please leave suggestions =)
