But then, wouldn't the nominees vote for themselves? I'll just add a rule that says you can't vote for yourself (pick 2-3 people other then yourself that you think can do the job well.)

What do you think about making a vote? Democracy. The group can choose 2-3 people who are going to advise.
I just don't like being the only person who's going to choose, I think the group should have a say in this  .
