Hi there.

I think the only reason why the Dutch government seems more effective is because the country is smaller; less representatives of the people are needed. The truth is that not every political party makes it to the government, though; the "Party for Feasting" never made it, and neither did the "pedoparty", thank god!

Yes, we have a pedoparty. It's called "The Party of Free Love" and it wants the legal age for marriage (should be about 16 years now) to be lowered to 12. Dang, people of age 12 are still children... Though pedophily is against the law that party was legal (I don't know if it still exists) and the man who founded tried to get to University to do some educational job (MY University!), but he got repelled. Can't say I regret that. ><*

At the moment we're dealing with massive problems concerning what one can say and what not, since we have two major anti-Islam parties and the rest is rather offended by those. They're mud slinging quietly, but I don't know much about what's going on, since the media are focussed on Palin now... (and hate her, cough cough, because she's apparently going to "Bush", as it's called)
