Open up Windows Movie Maker, click on import audio/music and pick out your song. It oughta show up in that big white box. Click on [show timeline], and then on the left bottom part you should see video+, Audio/Music and something else, just click on Audio/Music, and then drag your audio file into it. You could add some pictures too (I would recommend putting up suggestive pictures of yourself, but that's just me). Anyway once you're done doing that, just save it (save movie, not save project). Once that's done go on utub and you should be able to upload that file.
