Well, I joined a site that teaches you how to make sites and they were working with me and we created this. I can't design this myself, but I can definitely say I learned a lot. So, you could say it's a semi-template.
About the spam: I wish mr.basil could fix all the crazy bugs, and let us delete threads >_>..
