Aww man
I came looking for the same help and I see no one knows diddly. What a stupid place this is! I have never even looked at groups yet I find I have joined a group called Rockman not once, not twice but THREE times! It kinda looks funny in my info ... Rockman Rockman Rockman ... but how to delete? This knowledge seems to be reserved for not the likes of me - nor you it seems. There are heaps of problems with Profil3 - it's no wonder there's not a lot of activity here. XD

Like supermen123 mentioned, go to the group page, click the "Members" link on the bar under the banner (right beside "Videos"
 . Scroll down and find your name. There should be a link under your name that says "Leave group"Lol if you're the group leader and left your own group without telling anyone.
