Bands: Hillsong United
is easy all where you can kill per 1hit is good for train, now all depend of whats your avg dmg and look for a good place, prob... you should go Omega sector, mateons have reg exp and good drops (60% glove atk scroll and nimble wristguard)

Depends on your attack range. Knowing that you're lvl 71 means you don't have any of your 3rd job skills. Well you do, but they're not helpful with 2-4 stats on them. I'd choose Voodoos and Hoodoos at the Haunted Mansion. But that's just me. If you were funded I'd say go to Death Teddies in Ludibrium but you need to have at least a 2 minute Shadow Partner to do well there. Which is around lvl 10 or 11 SP. What is your attack range and you may find more help.
Bands: Basshunter
Hoodoos/Voodoos give perhaps the absolute best EXP at that level in my opinion. You could always try FoG though.
