The true Sprit of the Alliance of The Banned is not to whine or make blog about getting banned for obvious reasons. If you got banned for spamming, cussing, or posting nude links that's your fault. A true allianc-er is one that found a moment where he has been banned unjustly.

1. Achievements are for in-game achievements.
2. If you got suspended for telling someone they were a spammer (duh, they probably knew that) then your probably quoted them. As a general rule, quoting anything that is against the rules can earn you a suspension.
