Well, seeing as how Brawl is coming out, I'm told that through Wi-Fi you can play with others. Well, I suppose that requires the other person's Wii code or something. So, if what I'm assuming is correct, then if we want to play with each other (see who's better :-p) we'll need each other's wii codes.
So post away!

To get your wii codes, click on the message board and go to the thing to send a message. Click on the address book and it should show your wii code. You also need a friend code btw to play someone. Not that it matters though since everyone is on right now. I haven't been able to play one online match yet.

What's so bad about tourneys? It's better to go out and actually meet newer and better players than playing with the same friends with items on (which while fun does take the overall skill role out of the game).

items take no skill, anyone can grab an assist trophy and throw a pokeball or unleash a final smash but actually usuing techniques like meteor smashes landing them and recovering from them is a lot than it looks and takes a lot of skill
