he probably said it because another person was trolling also it may be sarcastic but it certainly does not deserve a ban

With regard to the screenshot, he was suspended for spamming the same line of text in multiple threads.
No ban or suspension is unjustified. So please, you don't need to waste our time, and yours, trying to nitpick at cases you're completely ignorant of when it comes to the circumstances of them. Taking other-peoples cases at face value is therefore pointless. Reading over the rules carefully at least once plus a little common sense should ensure that you do not get suspended. There are no excuses or exceptions. In the case of an accidental suspension, we submit a request to have it reversed asap anyway. This however is a rare occurrence and is certainly not the case this time.
