Being someone who grew up with anime episodes on TV almost every hour, I ended up liking jrock and jpop, particularly by L'Arc~en~Ciel.

I chose their songs as my grinding music because they lift up my spirit when the song nears the last chorus/refrain.

I like rock music as well...as long as 80% of the lyrics are audible, and all of it are not racist or whatnots. =P

Hm......grinding music I really dont listen to rap while i train cause its so laid back and has no energy in it(Rap and Hip-Hop are losing their quality these dayz =)When i train i want to listen to something intense so i mainly listen to rocks songs while i train little bit of Lincoln Park, System of a down, Saliva and some hip hop Fatboy Slim, Nujabes(Favorite hip Hop rtist), Black eyed peas,Outkast. =P Keeps me going and motivated

I listen to different things when I grind it out. I mainly try to listen to something that will give me a boost.

I like to listen to Rock, and if a good song comes on I notice I start getting reckless while fighting. But at the same time I typically kill more monsters at the sake of more MP usage.
