Hmm, I think I've only been promoted for GQs, so I don't really count for that. At any case, I like the way Rina runs Cell, and Sam is quite good as well.

Umm i abstain cos I like all the guild masters equally which means it's a bit like choosing a favourite son, which means I can't... but i will rate you guys.
Arinipe - 10 Awesome running of the guild, sorts out a lot of the situations in the guild, true leadership qualities.
MRCRAWFISH - 10 Helps me and others out a lot when being KS'd
KazRagna - 9 Just cos he is a barrel of laughs and would be better if he isn't afk so much XD
Icy - 8 For sorting out a lot of the PQ's during GMT day time
Yundei - 5 Don't know him that well and doesnt talk much
TyeDye4/Tyedye5 - 9 Helps out the guild so much! A true asset to the guild and can defuse most situations via banning XD
ThaoAllison - 7 Very random girl and is a lot of fun but doesnt do much apart from stalking Rina.
Agent27 - 9 Although is not on as much as he used to be he has been a friend since 'Serenity' helps in Gpq a lot, but still owes me 6 mill (-.-" oh and also i have had many a laugh with Mubz.
