If I could get one, I'd probably want an Ice/Water type like sword. It can bypass any type of barrier and defence so long as it has an opening and once it hits, it will freeze that part.
It's Bankai form would split the sword into 4 different lookin swords but still ice and water themed, it gains 4 new abilities which allows me to blend into the air and reappear anywhere with moisture, ability to create a diamond hard ice barrier on any part of my body, ability to slow everything around me to a snail's pace, and finally the ability to create blade sharp ice particles and fire them at high levels of speed. Since I have 4 new abilities with my BanKai form, I'll have a time limit on sustainin the form. Oh yeah, I will also gain a long white scarf and a white mink fur coat on me with the BanKai. My Shikai sword form will be a crystalized blue katana. My Bankai sword form will have 4 of the same blades only their hilt, and edges will be shaped differently.

EndlessChaoz basically said it. I want a ice/lightning sword that can freeze with a hit and create lightning around you like a force field. The bankai would grow wings that shot out electrical force from them, and anything your sword touch froze. Also, it has a barrier of Ice if you hit it, and you move very fast. The form would be a crystal/lightning blue, even if not in shikai. In shikai, it would be like a whip like Ukitakes, with the blades on it. The bankai would have lightning shock blue wings, with a crystalized ice whip.

Yea same, a ice or watter type thingy like Hitsugaya or Rukia at the later episodes

I actually made one. It looks kinda like a bow, but the two bow parts are blades. You can split it into two parts at the handle. It's power is that it can use energy from the surroundings like Quincys. So it can shoot arrows when together, and swing like a sword too. Haven't though of a Bankai form yet.

I think it'd be a blood/reiatsu related one. It has negative effects on the use but increases pure attack power 10 fold, kinda like Ikkaku's. Shikai form would look like a giant thorn, covered in veins, there would be a skeletal hand attached to the hilt. Bankai form would be a HUGE version of the Shikai, more thorns would appear out of the main thorn like blade giving it an extremly rigid edge,and this time the skeletal hand would impale the user and grab onto their heart, draining their life force but giving them a MASSIVE increase in power.

I would like to have something with the shadows. Like that I can control the shadows or something
In my Shikai form, it would turn into a smaller, dark colored sword. Maybe the size just as Urahara's Zanpaktou. It would be a dark sword with golden edges. And it would let me be able to control the shadows. The shadows can cut the enemy, since they have their shadows too, and anything near it. In my Bankai form, I would be able to turn the whole place into the night. But darker. So I can be invisible in the darkness. (Sounds a bit emo-ish but meh ;P)

if i had a zampaktou it would be a red katana with a black sheth with a dragon crested on it, i would want it to be like a espada/arrancarr type shikai when ever i un shethed it it would be like a burning dragon sorta like toshiro's and its name would be shunsinmaru or otherwise known as 1000 buring souls

Shikai: Japanese for infinite Dragon Bankai: Japanese for Infinite Winding Dragon Vaizard Augmentation: Infinite Winding Devil Dragon Transformation: Speed Hakodou-Based Shikai Abilities: -Seemingly infinite Reiatsu but puts great wear on the ACTUAL soul of the bearer (more Chance of Hollow taking over) (DOES NOT affect surroundings, acts like a supply) -Light As Air, Sharp as a briar -10X Shunpo Bankai Abilities: -Becomes Part of the bearer's hand, becoming more of a burden -Reiatsu affects surrounding -Instant Teleportation by manipulting and compressing the air or spirit particles around the bearer -Reiatsu Sap and Transfer: Can drain or transfer reiatsu from other spirits or even objects too much transfer and the thing IMplodes, too much sapping and the creature turns to dust, sapping activates when the sword is inside the body, transfer activated by kidou-like technique -Vaizard Trans formation : UNDER CONSTRUCTION TO STOP IT BEING TOO CHEAP Looks: Still to be confirmed after billions of sword scribbles

It would leech reiatsu from the enemy. It's shikai would look like Ichigo's bankai. It's bankai would be so unbelievably kickass that I can't even explain it.
