Hey,
I've been making great steak tips for my family for a couple weeks and I've been using the same and same style every time.
Just a question, I was wondering if anyone had any tips or different styles i could try.

Well do you pan-cook it? BBQ it? Try cooking the meat a different way. As for how to cook it... I have no idea.

mm.. ok your gonna think im really weird but i marinate them in a spicy marinade made of papaya lime and hot jalapenos peper then dump them on the BBQ grill

but, I'm in need of like other styles like baking for 5 minutes in over and grill for 3 minutes after
or bake whole time and use marinate,.. and I'm also wondering about tips on how to improve my ribs..( i marinate each time i flip to meat side and flip every 5-15 minutes and start cooking meat side down)
BTW< i marinate my tips half way through and they turn out perfect...>

Anyway, how about, if you marinate it with another sauce?

I would think it tastes better pre-marianated but its your decision. It all depends on what your family enjoys.

If you ever do pan-fry steak, use olive oil. Everyone tells me that I'm retarded and to use vegetable oil, but olive oil definately wins.

Yeah. I use olive oil for all frying. Its alot healthier and is alot better tasting.

A simple way to cook a steak is just how Spearmint said. Just a touch of olive oil on the pan, let it get hot, put the steak on, cook it to your fancy. Dont forget a sprinkle of salt or black pepper. And.. Well, thats it. Simple and effective. It comes out great 100% of the time.
