What country is it from? I have cookbooks from all over the world. So with the country of origin I could look it up, if I have it.

lol i wouldnt think ebay sells food that goes bad before they can deliver it...

You don't need a machine! Just get some dough, and put it in a metal-tipped pastry bag with a diameter of about 1/4 to 1/2 an inch. Squeeze the dough through the bag into the oil in a circular motion. It might be a little tough but try not to overwork the dough. After it get's golden brown, take it out of the oil and sprinkle powdered sugar over the top. Voila! lols.
