Hi.
* * = how severe the problem is.
It has been brought to my attention that the guild has been going a bit downhill lately. There have been issues, arguments and drama within the guild that has been going on for quite awhile and I have done nothing to stop it. And for that I am sorry, for anything that could have been prevented sooner if I only I intervened. People have left the guild from these issues, which some find pointless or childish arguments. But, never or less, these issues impact different people differently. So to avoid this from ever happening again, what is left of our JR’s, some members and I have gathered together for a meeting to solve this problem to “clean up” the Albion guild.
*****Problem 1:*****
The biggest issue is the drama and fighting going around the guild. If you want to have an argument with someone in the guild, either talk it out on your own terms (whispers, chat windows and such) so that your drama doesn’t become the guild’s drama, or be the bigger person and just end it. One way that starts this is name calling/racial comments. So from now on either don’t verbally harass anyone or just keep it to yourself. If one fails to perform these actions, one will be warned once and only once. This issue will then be brought up to me and consequences will be severe. If I’m not available to attend to these matters, this issue will be brought up to at least half the Jr’s (in the guild, not the ones that are online at the moment) and to any other members to whom it may concern. As a group you all decide what shall be done.
*Problem 2:*
Spaming is not the biggest issue but is still a concern within the guild. This may sound way too harsh but this is only being done for the good of the guild. When using the guild’s BBS, please don’t abuse its purpose and spam it with stuff you want to sell. I find that if no one wants to buy it out side of the guild, then you won’t have much luck within the guild. Jr’s please don't abuse the guild notice either. Yes you can still post random comments, but when it’s a guild notice war, then that’s when you know it has gone out of hand. Lastly, please don’t spam the guild chat. I know we do get into big long conversations, but don’t randomly start spaming like we can’t hear you. Just because you’re trying to get the attention of one person, that doesn’t mean that the rest of us cannot her you. If they don’t respond the couple of few times you called for them, then just accepts the fact they are AFK or something.
Well that’s all of the main Issues that were brought up at the meeting. If i forgotten something then tell me and ill add it on later, or if I misinformed somehow do the same.
