Thread starter Well i just feel like the guild could do with some changes, im not sure what, but if you have any ideas on how to make the guild better then just post em here
Also i would like to have some feedback to some new Ranking names, since its kinda hard to think them up Replies

Guilds: Albion, FFVII Groups: Anime LOVERS!, Anti-Hackers United, Final Fantasy I think our guild needs more Jrs. I mean, we have a good amount, but alot of them are never on at the same time. So if something big happens, its left up to either one lone Jr. that is on, or nothing happens because no juniors are on at the time.
Bands: Metallica, GWAR, Korn, Nightwish, Disturbed, etc

the jrs are aloud to do anything within their power
as long as they dont abuse it or use the position as a way to say "YEA im ranked higher then you, so that means i can do anything" and other stuff, but i cant remember it was all on guildfire

jrs are pretty much like any other member in the guild, only difference is that i think they can make the right choices when me or chibi are not there the ranking system is kinda a joke, sometimes when we promote someone to TwinBlade (3rd ranker) they ask to stay as a Nooblet (1st Ranker) so yea mostly everyones on the same level But it pisses me off when someone asks or repetitive ask to become a jr im sorry but i dont promote anyone that would just want to be jr for the power and yes Bob i do think our guild should get Xfire
