Hey guys!
I've amde this thread to get an organized place to talk about Music & new Albums.
The point of this: Hear a new band, CD, Song, post it here! Easy huh? This way, we can gather many informations in one thread, and it is not flooding our forum.
So I'll start. There's the Band Turisas who recently realased an Album and it is pretty good. The song In the court of Jarisleif is my favourite.
I also have high expectations with the new CD of Wintersun, side project of Jari Maaenpaa,ex-Singer from Ensiferum.

I tought the new wintersun album was due to next year Because they still dint find a label yet.
Also there is that progresive band i just heard of called Andromeda,There realy good.
There is also a band who just released a new album,Planet X Also known as ''The best instrumental band in the world''.

Wintersun's new album will be realased in 2008 due to many technical problems. Every single thing broke up or had a problem while recording yet. Also, since Jari is rcording everything by himself except the drums, it takes a while. Normaly, it was planned for June 2007 but with all the problems slwoing down the record, we'll have to wait.
Andromeda is kinda good. I had never heard of them though.
Planet X's songs are great. I listened to 2~3 instrumental songs and I liked it. Although, I think Petrucci and Satriani are better at making instrumental songs with the band Racer X.
Also, if you like instrumental songs, try Dead Men's Reel by SuidakrA. A Folkish instrumental song, really good.

BTW Planet X is ALL instrumental.

It's quite good but it's not my style of metal really. I'd class it as slow power metal XD. There's a melo death influence though.

I think the reason they haven't gotten much publicity is because of the extreme amount of good Metal bands in Finland and most of them are IMO better than Misery INC.
They're still nice though.
Bands: Mostly Nightwish, but a little Sonata Arctice, HIM and other Finnish bands too.
