Alpha Wolf: Me...nothing more to say.
Beta Wolf: Highest member rank. This members are helpers in the guild. They are decided by me or by votes from the rest of the Beta wolves. Beta wolves must be active and help the guild, encouraging other members to follow the rules. The number of Beta wolves will be determined by the number of members in the guild.
Delta Wolf: Third member rank. This members are the most active Gamma wolves, also the oldest members in the guild. These will be promoted from votes from me, and the Beta wolves. The most active Gamma wolves will be the ones promoted.
Gamma Wolf: Fourth member rank. This members are the ones that have passed the 'Puppy' period. They will be voted by me, Beta wolves, and some Delta wolves.
Puppy: These will be the new members and the members in the 'Puppy' period. Every member in this rank will be monitored periodically. This period will take a few weeks and there will be a set number of members promoted every week. Active Puppies that went through the 'Puppy' period will be most likely to be promoted.
DO NOT ASK TO BE PROMOTED, THIS WILL LOWER THE CHANCES OF BEING PROMOTED
Every Beta and me can nominate one Puppy, Gamma, or Delta to be promoted. They must fill in the following requirements.
Promotion to Gamma:
• Completed 'Puppy' period.
• Be active in-game. (Log in at least once a week)
• Participate in guild chat.
• Participate in Guild Quest.
• Having an active account on Profil3. (optional)
Promotion to Delta:
• Be active in-game. (Log in a few times a week)
• Participate in guild chat.
• Participate in Guild Quest.
• Having an active account on Profil3. (optional)
• Help other members with quests, price checks, questions in general.
• Train in party with the members. (Don't go around being a loner, go around and make friends
)• Have been in the guild for 2+ months.
Promotion to Beta:
• All of the above requirements.
• Do not spam.
• Gain enough trust from me to be promoted
[NOTE] If a member leaves the guild and comes back, he/she must start over in the ranking system.
Guild Quest
Every member is allowed to participate in Guild Quest. If any member wants to ask for a guild quest, first, check if there is the necessary people to start one, then ask a Jr. or me to start a Guild Quest. If a member or the organizer doesn't want to do Guild Quest, leave it like that and ask later or something, but don't start asking repeatedly to go and do Guild Quest (This may lead to a demotion if done several times).
Every member in Guild Quest must know how to do it, since there is a guide for it. Take your time to read the guide if you haven't already. Also, once inside, every member must be active and help complete it. For the members outside of the Guild Quest, please make silence while the stage 1 is being done, so it can be done faster and without flaws. If people start slacking around too much they will be banned for the next Guild Quests. Donations must be made for the Chief Bandit to blow up Ergoth. Every member must give a minimum of 100k mesos to blow up the boss. Once bonus is reached, every member is free to break the boxes he/she chooses. Don't break the box if someone is already breaking it, this might only lead to problems. Also, do not steal prizes from other players, this might also result in a ban from next Guild Quests.

Activity
There is no 'Activity Thread' in BBS now. From now on, people that haven't logged in 1 week will be removed from guild. If they want to come back, just talk to a Jr.Master or with me. I can make exceptions if someone will leave for more than 1 week, just send me a PM to my Profil3 so that I know I won't delete certain character.
[NOTE] I'll delete people depending on when is the SC/Patch.
I will edit this post later to add more rules and such.
