yo i had a question. i recently started doing crunches cuz im tired of working on my chest. so i saw some videos on youtube on how to do perfect crunches. i followed all the necessary steps but yet my back/hips hurt after im done a set. Is this normal or am i doing something wrong?

Hey sorry to bug you, I just have a question. I've decided to go jogging for approximately 30 minutes a day, I did today and found it not very successful, mainly because I got stomache pains.
Would fast walking be as good as an excercise as jogging?
