I am a pretty experience basketball player, not to sound braggy, but i played for about 5 years now.
Well i seen many of you has been asking about Dribbling a Basketball, ill talk about that.
Dribbling exercise-
Rocking the baby: You dribble with begining with your domiant hand and you dribble while rocking the ball forward and backward, repeat and rinse
continue on until about 1-3 min. Switch hands, rinse and repeat. Continue to do this exercise for about 30-40 minutes, for full result. Do not do this if you are a beginner, you will be tired and hurt yourself.
Across the legs: Doesnt matter how you do it, Spider, or just normal like. Regularly dribble the ball like this when you have free time, or when your bringing the rock up court in games.
Sucides with the basketball: Pretty self explanatory, you dribble with the ball while doing suscides. No, I am not telling you to sprint, just do it fast enough that you can complete a suscide under 1:40. As you gain speed now you can start sprinting. This exercise helps both Dribbling and cutting to the rim.
