The Plan:
The plan is simple. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, send in an EoI regarding the wrongfull banning. Try to type neatly with proper spelling and grammer if possible, and include information about his previous two wrongfull bannings.
How to send an Email of Inquiry (EoI)
In order to submit and EoI, first go to the tool bar on the top of the Nexon site (after you have logged in of course). Drag the mouse over the "Support" button, and when the menu appears, scroll down to "Email of Inquiry." This will take you another page. On that page, select "Log a Tag," and then the rest is straight forward. I suggest you select "Account related" as the Main Topic, and then select "Banning" as the Sub Topic. Put the name "Herrag" into the "Transaction IDs" box when you're done.
Relevent Info:
+ Herrag has been wrongly banned twice before for a "Hacking attempt."
+ Herrag has never hacked in his life.
+ Herrag does not have any type of hacking programs on his computer.
+ Herrag is a 100% LEGIT player with NX.
