Since around the end of May (yes, a while back) I had lost my main account (the one with my bandit). It didn't take Nexon TOO long to reply to my e-mail. They actually replied on July 5 or 6th. Sad thing is that I lost my computer before then and couldn't read or reply to it. I got a new computer recently though (check other blog) and I saw that they had replied to my message.
It was a really long e-mail actually and I even forgot to give them my personal info and stuff so they could be sure it was my account ~_~
They really need to put a kind of disclaimer somewhere that says to make sure you do that.
Anyways, I replied with my personal info like they asked and I was thinking they'd take another 2-4 weeks to reply back. Fortunately for me, they only took 3 days 
So, basically I have my favorite character back and am now trying to grind my way to CB.
