~Maplestory...I'm starting to miss the good old days again. Me and by best friend were reminiscing about it today over the phone. She was all like "I miss the old days" and I was all like "I know >.<;". However I'm serious. Two years ago, Maplestory, in my opinion, was a very good MMORPG. It was calm and peaceful and we would all have fun playing and exploring dungeons, finding new maps, going to Ossyria, getting stuck in El Nath. As friends we would hang out with each other at places just to level.

Then came everybody else: N00Bs.

Yes...hate it or love it. N00Bs. Newer players, brand new maplers who stepped off the boat to Victoria and said "I am now here to make Beta Tester's Maple Lives crap!".

Anyway, I'll quote Carlos Mencia on this:

I mean, let say this. I was walking around on Maplestory in the free market. Then someone trades me and this is what follows as I was wearing my Mark of Beta, which by the way is UNFURGINGTRADEABLE!!!!!!!!

Now here is the thing. When I am called a N00B, I get spazzed out. Ego can't handle it, right? Well that is what sucks so much about maple now. Everyone I see is either a jacka$$, idiot, or a DeeDeeDEE! I mean Megaphones in itself are the bane of MS now, and gachapon completely inflated inflation...as if regular inflation wasn't bad enough! Levelling then gets boring because I can pull better game concepts to keep people interested out of my butt than they can pull out of their brains. Once Nexon took over it became all about the money...why else would hackers get banned for 2 weeks only? Err, maybe because if they were IP banned or permabanned, Nexon would lose money because of lack of report megaphones

. Its all just a marketing ploy and don't expect any company to not milk your pockets. Not even if I owned it.

Maplestory is a good game. However, more than 3 quarters of the people who play it make me want to vomit. I don't want my keyboard to be disgusting by the end of the gaming session; thus I don't play.
