OMG... shame on me i have been lazy lately ^^
i kinda hoped you woud all forgive me if i posted a delicious super easy cake recipe
the "Black Beast" cheesecake
it awaken the darkest desire deep inside of your soul
this cake is the embodiment of "Sinfull Tought"
i do not promess you wont taint your soul if you dare to taste it
maybe if you give a piece to a priest and convert him to the dark side you can bribe yourself a place in paradise

750g cream cheese
1 cup of suggar
5 eggs
2tb of pure vanilla extract ( 18 years old and under )
OR 1tb of brown rhum, cognac or brandy ( 18 and over )
300g of melted chocolate

in a mixer mix the suggar and the cheese until you get a smooth cream.... keep whipping and a the eggs 1 by 1... after add the magical toutch... vanilla, rhum, brandy or cognac. keep whipping whit a big smile taste the stuff and tease your familly by telling them they wont taste unless they are REALLY nice whit you.. i mean use them >_< its called a trade.. if they wanna taste the "black Beast" they gotta earn it... make them clean the dishes >_<

add the melted chocolate while you keep whipping the sinfull preparation and be careful the chocolate is melted and not burned you shoud know a good quality chocolate melt at body temperature.

now all you have to do is to put it in a mold iin an oven at 270f for 80 minutes
let it cool down sloly in the oven... just close the oven and open the oven door half way and come back in 3 hour
take it out of the mold add some coco powder on the top and enjoy the fun of being a sinner
you can share whit the others to if they beg for it... but be aware thet its your fault if there soul are doomed after

i lke to use a very dark good quality chocolate thoose between 70% and 80% coco
its up to you.. if you are a suggar lover you can use a sweetemed chocolate
for the cream cheese i will admit 1 compagnie is having a monopole on cream cheese so i was naver able to try other brand
i always used philadelfia since its the one availablle but you can try another brand

And alcohol in food doesn't get you drunk. It just adds a taste. I'm sure a cognac flavoured pastry will not ruin your life and suddenly make you an alcoholic if you have a piece when you're under the age limit required to drink. I mean come on, one tablespoon in an entire cake. Pfft."

t de montreal toi ausis O_0 woaa.. c cool ca !! >_<

i know it dosent get em drunk... -__- i said that because if there underage they cant buy the alcool so at least if they dont have alcool they can replace whit vanilla and some people are very.mm.. strict about alcool compsumption... i wanted everyone to be able to taste the cake
