 The only tips I would give you is that you should outline your drawing with different line thicknesses - where certain lines are thicker or thinner to give it more depth. (Is that the right word?  ) And also to avoid have a whole strand of hair right in front of the eye cause it looks a little strange that the white of the eye is still showing while there's hair in front of it. Otherwise it's very good. ^^

Not so bad. Coloring is amateur at best, and you could use a little work on drawing folds in clothing. Other than that, it's okay, though you should clean it up a bit.
