Buutt, you don't just go up to someone in real life and be like, 'Do you want to be my friend?' I thin I would feel pretty awkward if anyone did that to me...maybe even a little creped out..o_O I can understand online but offline...o_o it really is awkward..
It's like, you start talking to the person(that's to become your friend) and eventually develop trust for them. x]
