What the Fuck is up with teens in my town. -

A week ago, my friend was in a car accident.
He was doing the right thing, stopping behind a school bus and then...
a retard was driving at 50 mph and rear ended his car, totalling his car by squeezing it between the bus and the car.
And it was amazing that he could get out of the car after the bad whiplash.
When the police came, the retard said that he alreayd had rear-ended the bus and that he hit my freiend at 5 mph but the cops didnt believe him and the bus passengers said that they felt only one impact.
So the retard got hit with at least 5 tickets for various things.
My friend sued him and they found out that he was texting and driving at 50 mph at the same time.
He won (obviously... if he didnt this country is fucked up) and now the retard is paying him $15,000 for the car and paying for all of his medical bills ...

unfortunately, my friend fractured one of his vertebrae and the doctors say that if it doesnt heal itself in 2-4 weeks, then they have to do surgery on it. If it fails, he will become paralysed (cant spell).
So ya... a lot fo ppl here are retarded... mainly cuz it's rite next door to mexico.
