give me a few weeks. My wisdom tooth just started to grow. soon i'll be wiser and may have a solution to your problem.

Account problems have nothing to do with the game client itself. I think you might have forgotten your password/ID or something has happened to it. Can you log in on the maplestory.nexon site?
Go to nexon and use the "I forgot my password" button.
you will then have to supply personal information and the new password will be sent to the account email. I HIGHLY reccomend you use "I forgot my ID" button first. Because then it sends your ID to your email and you can see if you get a mail from nexon or maybe you no longer have the email. if you reset your password but have no access to your mail the acount will be lost.. if your'e still strugling reply me here or mail me to yoolanda-walla.com, I'll see what I can do=] the"-" is the a of the emails- @ Register / login
