Why is it called Collegestory? - basilmarket, college, collegestory, comic, maplestory, newb

Alright. People who read the comic always wondered why I called the series Collegestory. It's called Collegestory because it's based on events that happened in college whether the events are related to Maplestory or not.

The title of the first season of Collegestory is The Quest for Food because college students, in general, are very poor. After paying between $2000-$5000 per semester (it's more or less depending on the institution), students still needs to buy books, school supplies and this doesn't include room, boarding and meal plans. Some students only do 1-meal-a-day meal plans. When someone announces through email or pamphlets that there is a meeting by an organization or a school club AND there's free food, college students will go to that meeting for the food. It's sad, but very true. My cousin is an RA in one of the dormitories in my university. She started handing out canned food and other stuff to the students dorming.

I didn't really want to show that aspect about college, so I made the topic as light as possible.

Anyway, in case you didn't already picked it up on my long paragraph... The Quest for Food is the first season. My hint last time was film shorts... Most of the series I've seen in Basil are long and ongoing series with no hint of ending. Instead of me keep making different stories in the same series, I decided to split the series into seasons or volumes... whatever you guys are into, lol. Basically, each season or volume will have a unifying theme about college. the first one was about food. The second one will also be about a theme that is (I'm telling the truth here) loosely based on real events. You guys will find out when I release the second season or volume of Collegestory.
