Whether you play with your 'wii' or not, it doesn't matter. If you don't 'excrete' your material, then it naturally is broken down and most of the stuff is recycled. Proteins can be reused. Just because it gets 'old' doesn't mean you get rid of it by your possible three methods, by 'yourself', by 'sleep', or by 'someone else'. That 'stuff' just gets broken down again and reused for 'future production' of further manufacturing of your 'preset data'. Think about it. Your 'factory' produces more 'information' than you can 'release'.
By saying this, your 'factory' doesn't just produce and produce as it stores up. Just because you 'save up' doesn't mean you'll burst any moment. It just gets reprocessed by your body to be remade. But don't play stupidly though. You're going to need to eat to maintain the supply of proteins if you 'excrete' when you 'like to'. Lacking the proper supplies hinders production, thus drops your 'count'. There's no actual harm in the process though. It's nothing 'too' bad. So to those who 'play', you're just wasting precious energy.
All this 'wet dream' stuff is crap. They're just spontaneous and involuntary excretions made by your body. It has nothing to do with whether the fact that you play with yourself or not.
tl;dr.. Just because you're not playing your 'wii' at night doesn't mean you'll get wet dreams.
