We all know about BSUCLA's nooby spear, and it's inspired me to make my own nooby bow. So i pmed him on basil asking about how he got the resources, and i got a reply! Well structured too. =O

"No problem:

* First, best of luck with your future success with your shiner bow, but don't use a 30% on the last slot! I was pretty stupid doing that, and if you were able to make it that far just be patient than I was and it will pay off.

* I was lucky about obtaining white scrolls, this was before the "duping" era when no one had actually attempted to use white scrolls to their full potential. Meaning even though they were rare, they were only 40-55 million each in Bera because people didn't totally utilize them to their potential. By the time I was scrolling the last slot on the spear, the price per white scroll was up to 135+ million, in part the inflation was caused by people realizing what they coule do with these things.

* It took me about 2-3 months just to hunt down and use 22 white scrolls. I was extremely lucky the first 3 slots, I used 6 white scrolls with 10% spear attacks, and 3/6 landed which is the best scrolling luck I've had (besides maybe the 30% on the last slot). That saved me a ton of time and money right there.

* So in total I used about 22 white scrolls, + the cost of the clean spear costed me a little over max mesos at the time. However, if I were to go by today's prices on white scrolls, it would have costed me up to 6 billion in mesos with today's market price o.O

Well, I don't want to discourage you, becuase ou can do it with time, patience, and luck. Ws only drop from nlc gachas I believe, and the prices are a lot higher these days then they were in the past. I'm not sure of their availablility in other servers, but I know they're still a very rare/hot item in Bera, although the chaos scrolls are becoming very popular.
